             Pet Policy          $25 Per Night / Per Pet

 

Dear Guest, 

** Pet fee of$25 each pet / per night is not included in the room rate and is due at the time of Check In. 

* Service dogs are Exempted from the fee, provided the owner provides the original valid certificate and other required papers at the time of check-In.

* Pets are allowed at our Hotel, upon prior request, to stay with their owners.

* While reserving a room, Guest must inform us about their loving Pet. Management might not be able to Accommodate a pet without prior information, as rooms are subject to availability.

 * Pets are ONLY allowed in Pet friendly rooms. Guest pet will be denied staying in a non-Pet friendly room. Management will not make any exceptions. In case you choose to not stay with us, you will be charged as per our active cancellation policy.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we have developed the following regulations- in accordance with the main regulations in force, which we invite you to read carefully:

  1. The maximum number of Pet in each room is: – ONE – Over 20 lbs.; TWO – if both pets are under 20lbs. 
  1. We require our furry friends to be up to date with the mandatory Vaccinations (Rabies Etc.). Being this a Law in Ontario, the pet owner is sole responsible for any negligence. Please check the Pet Vaccination records and ensure compliance with Law. 
  1. In common areas, pets are allowed to walk through and stay, as long as they are always accompanied and must be on leash and provided with a suitable muzzle only in case of aggressive dog. The pet’s behavior must be controlled by the owner in such a way that it does not disturb or create inconvenience to other guests and pets. 
  1. Pet owners are responsible for damage that may be caused to other pets, property and people. Any claims for damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) for personal injury and/or damage and/or littering that has resulted from the pet’s behavior shall be the responsibility of the owner. An immediate charge will be made to your credit card for the replacement of any damaged items. 
  1. The pet is prohibited from being in the room alone. 
  1. Any use of the bed or bathroom linen for the pet (grooming, bedding or other) is prohibited; it is strictly forbidden to leave pets on any furniture. 
  1. No food is provided by the Hotel, and the owner must be adequately equipped for the wellbeing of their pet. 
  1. Pets owners must agree with the reception at a time when room cleaning is permitted, during which the pet is not present in the room. 
  1. Pet owners agree to remove any excrement and/or droppings that their pet leaves in the accommodation facility. They will therefore provide themselves with suitable plastic bags and dispose to garbage.
