Arrowhead Inn by Baaman’s Policy

Thank you for giving “Arrowhead Inn By Baaman’s” the opportunity to host your stay.

Kindly Read and Acknowledge the listed policies :     

Front Desk Operational hours :- Everyday from 9am till 9.30pm.

Check In time is after 3 pm and before 9.30pm everyday. We can assist a late Check-In with prior notice via Email but no later than 11.30pm. Check Out time is 11 am. Incase, you are checking out at early morning hours, please leave the room key inside the room.

There is a security deposit of $150 each stay to incur cost of any damages or missing items. If your deposit is via a Credit card, please allow 6       business days for refund after check out. Incase of cash, it will be refunded at the time of Check Out.

Failure to inform us about your Pet Or correct Room Occupancy is subject to a fine of $300. 

Meeting with visitors is not permitted inside guestrooms. Only Hotel guests are allowed to enter the Guest room premises.

Occupancy of the room is strictly adhered to the number of person booked during reservation. There are NO Requests  Or  Excuses to increase the room occupancy at the time of Check In. If you choose to add more rooms Or people Or a pet to your room, please inform us 48hrs before the arrival date. We will try to accomodate your need, which is subject to availabilty of room / amenity.  Extra charges may apply.

1. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a guest entry or accommodation when :

  1. The guest is behaving in a violent, intimidating, threatening, abusive Or otherwise unacceptable manner :
  2. The guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and is deemed to be unable to ensure his/her own safety OR poses a potential danger, threat or insecurity to other hotel guests :
  3. The guest while on Hotel premises, is shouting Or singing loudly, making loud noises, or behaving in an otherwise unacceptable manner that causes a disturbance or annoyance to others, is gambling or offending public order and morals.

2. The following articles are not allowed into the hotel :

  1. Animals, birds etc. for which a prior request is not filled when reserving the room.
  2. Articles with offensive odors.
  3. Explosive and flammable items, such as gunpowder, gasoline etc.
  4. Illegally owned guns and swords.

 3. Guest must inform the hotel, if they are travelling with their loving Pet. We strongly encourage to read our pet policy sent to you for more details.

 4. Entire Property is under 24 Hrs Video surveillance. The system is installed as an added security and is not intended to resolve guest disputes. The Management reserves the right to provide OR deny any request to obtain/view recordings.

5. All our guest rooms are Non-Smoking and No Open flame of any sort is allowed anywhere on the premises. (Designated Areas Exempted).  A fine of $ 300 will be applied to your folio.

6. The use of Electrical or any Heat producing appliances other than provided by this hotel are not permitted.

7.  We expect our guests to leave the room in good condition. Any theft or damages will be directly charged to the guest credit card or deposit.

8. Each reserved room includes 1 Car parking (NO TRAILER). Additional Car/Trailer can be parked in hotel property at an additional cost of $20+Taxes.The Hotel management is neither responsible nor liable for any damages. Parking of vehicle is at owners own risk.

 9. Hotel will not be responsible for lost, stolen Or damaged personal property during your stay. 

 10*. Hotel’s water source is a dug Water Well. It is tested and treated periodically. We do not recommend drinking tap water. It is at Guest’s absolute discretion.

11*. Hotel operates solely on Hydro One for electric supply. Any electricity distruption will affect our services directly including Light, Heating/cooling and Water system. Hotel does not have any backup generator or another source to run electric services.

12*. Hotel sewerage systems are traditional Septic tanks. Besides human waste and toilet papers, nothing else should be flushed in.

13*. Kids playing in Hotel property must be supervised by an adult at all times. Hotel does not take any responsibilty of any sort of accidents including malfunction of play area Swings/Climber/Slide.
